  • Contact Data: Email address and Phone number.

  • Technical Inquiry Data: Information provided by you regarding infrastructure requirements.

 

2. Use of Information

Data is processed only for the purpose of fulfilling your request for AxiomARC technical benchmarks or scheduling a consultation. We do not engage in targeted advertising based on the data collected on this site.

 

3. Categorical Prohibitions

OMporium does not sell your personal data. Furthermore, we do not collect "Sensitive Data" (as defined by MD/WV law, including biometrics, precise geolocation, or racial/ethnic origin) through this website.

We maintain a written cybersecurity program in compliance with West Virginia HB 2987. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected residents without unreasonable delay in accordance with state law.
